SolTec cc´s Sunseekers are single-axis, polar sun tracking module support structure following the Sun´s daily pass from East to West.

This will face the solar modules to the sun and increase their "harvest" considerably, an example is shown below:

using SolTec Sunseekers with solar powered pump systems can even increase the advantage, depending on the pump curve that applies for a certain installation.

[edit] Sunseeker "small" & "medium" / passive trackers

Image:Sss-001.JPG SolTec cc manufactures 2 standard sizes of passive trackers,

i.e.: small & medium, carrying an equivalent of 2, respectively 4 x 200W solar modules, depending on make and efficiency. Some solar modules, like amorphous or thin film products tend to have a much larger surface and would not fit in such an output size.

  • Our design & quality controlled manufacturing ensures a stable continuous polar axis movement.
  • Wind disturbances are braked with an adjusted shock absorber.
